We're just about four months away from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, so expect a lot of promotional art to begin showing up online for various merchandise.     Both Civil War and BvS will be in front of Star Wars.

  They'll probably only release a new trailer around early February, and then start with the TV spots.

    Seriously, I would be surprised if WB doesn't put a new BvS trailer in front of Star Wars. After that it's only three months until the release of the film.

      I don't think you understood what Naif was saying. Star Wars is Disney. Civil War is Disney. Warner doesn't have a say in whether a trailer gets put in front of Star Wars. I doubt Disney want to help the competition.

      Apparently they will, at least before the end of the year. Not sure if a full blown trailer, but at least some new footage is going to be shown.
      Just hope they keep not showing anything about the plot.

They need to also promote superman, i will be kinda disappointed if this is a batman movie. You know what I mean? Of course i'll like it but it is also a superman movie....

  yeah, but we already have DCEU's superman (MoS) established, DCEU's batman is yet to be seen in action, hence the heavier marketing towards batman.

  From the looks of it it'll really be split in half, the movie's focus, I mean. Half Superman, Half Batman.
  I think it's great, because you'll see both sides. From the comic-con trailer, Superman is also out for Batman, since he definitely does not agree with Bats methods (Batman is freaking branding criminals!!), and he also thinks he should be caught by the police.
  Bats on the other hand has also his own motives for going after Superman. Meanwhile, Luthor is in the background just waiting for these two to nulify each other...
  I think this is a great premise, and if Terrio was able to balance things out, as in develop Superman like he wasn't in his own movie, introduce a great Batman, and keep the DCEU's villains going strong with a good Lex Luthor, I think it'll be a great film!

  I think they are going more with establishing the universe, rather than establishing individual characters to a certain extent. This way, when you see a DCEU movie you will feel the connection to the world in which they live, not just the character. Unlike marvel where one movie feels completely separate from the next, and then somehow all the characters come together for one specific movie. Marvel may have done it first, but they certainly do not have the best formula, which is why you are seeing all the criticism against them with most of their latest movies.

I'm surprised they used (leaked?/official?) concept art instead of promo photos, like the last one in the ninth photo. Pretty cool nonetheless.

Aside from Batman's pose in the first photo and Superman's pose in the second, I've seen all these poses from concept art a while back. Still looks awesome.

Glad they included Wonder Woman in their marketing with Hot Wheels, which is mainly for boys. But i'm sure girls play with them too now. Marvel should've done the same with Widow at least.
