Rumor: Warner Bros. wants more Batman, less Superman in 'Batman v Superman'

Zack Snyder and his team have about 7 months left to edit Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice before it's released to the world, and according to a new report, Warner Bros. is requesting some big changes.

Heroic Hollywood says that Warner Bros. wants more Batman and less Superman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Warner Bros. must be very impressed with what they've seen so far, as they've already approved a solo Batman movie that Ben Affleck will direct, star in, and write with DC Comics' Geoff Johns.

Obviously the more Batman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice the better, but remember, this is just a rumor at this point.

I know El Mayimbe's rumor may be false, but let me entertain it for a second:
1. We already had a full Superman film before this film. His character is mostly developed. We haven't met this Batman yet so character development will inevitably take a chunk out of the film.
2. Batman has been Warner Bros. cash cow for years now and ultimately more popular than Superman.
3. I loved Man of Steel, but it takes no detective to see how Man of Steel was an extremely polarizing film. Maybe the most polarizing superhero film ever. Warner Bros. may see it as a risk to stick Superman in front of Batman.
El Mayimbe may be throwing darts at a board, but is it really that far off for this to be true?

  You make excellent points , but my worries lie not with this report itself but how there have been a bunch of closely linked rumors, like Ben getting a ton of praise warranting a new trilogy followed by reports suggesting MoS 2 being pushed back further and now this . I too want more of Batman but not at the cost of Superman
