Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman begins shooting this fall in London, and all of the pieces are starting to come together.
Variety reports that Bill Westenhofer will be the visual effects supervisor on the movie. Westenhofer and his team have two Oscars under their belts, for 2007's The Golden Compass and 2012's Life of Pi.
Patty Jenkins will direct Wonder Woman, and Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, and Charles Roven will produce. The movie is scheduled for a June 23, 2017 release.

This is going to be so awesome. I think Gadot is absolutely drop dead gorgeous and Pine is a perfect choice for Trevor. Gonna be interesting to see the roles reversed this time around, interesting career choice from Pine as well. It's wonderful news that Westenhofer will be the VFX supervisor. Life of Pi and Golden Compass had terrific CGI and Warcraft definitely looks to be next level. WB is really putting in a lot of effort for each of their standalone. I'm sure this DCEU film will also be shot on film and have certain sequences in IMAX, which will improve the VFX even more so. I can't wait to find out who else will be working on this. They're already beginning principal photography this fall so I expect a whole lot of awesomeness in the coming months!
Not to forget, I'm positive we're gonna see Wonder Woman's blast we saw in the BvS trailer again, only this time in the air! It's going to be an incredible sphere

Well I'd be interested in seeing a villain who isn't a "copy" of the hero. Yes, like GRRM said lately. He's got a point. In Man of Steel, it made more than sense why Faora and Zod were the villains and it worked for the film but this [BvS] is a completely different animal altogether. I bet she'll fight both Batman and Superman in this. Okay, perhaps she'l fight Superman with Batman but I don't know about that yet.. She sure as hell looks like she can hold her ground against Superman, that's for sure!
I know Wonder Woman doesn't really have a huge and interesting rogue gallery but I'm sure they'll find something for her. I wonder what the budget is going to be, if WB really wants to go bigger than other studios I guess $175 million for this. They'll craft a very well made and a really really really ridiculous good looking film.

Sounds cool but sadly the avengers were already in marble at the end of age of ultron.... So I don't think WB would do such a thing. I guess the first promotional appearance of the Justice League would be a recreation of one of Alex Ross' awesome arts of the Justice League, but then with the actual actors altogether (instead of photoshop lol), it'd look incredibly awesome.
