'Suicide Squad' to shoot in Chicago next week, just like 'Batman v Superman' and 'Man of Steel'

What's one way to make the DC Extended Universe feel like "one giant story"? To make sure all the movies have similar backdrops!

Chicago Tribune is reporting that David Ayer's Suicide Squad will shoot in Chicago next week beginning at 9pm on Friday, August 7th and going through to the morning on Saturday, August 8th.

A lot of Man of Steel was shot in Chicago and some of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was shot there last fall as well.

Unfortunately if you live in the Chicago area you won't be seeing any of the stars of Suicide Squad walking the streets. A helicopter will be flying around to shoot the city's skyline and areas by the Chicago River only. Check out the source link below for more details and specific times.

  The only shaky cam was when he was flying. Not enough to make a person dizzy. The rest was typical Snyder. No up close fighting where you can't see shit

  Shaky cam and handheld cam are two different styles that people often mix up. There wasn't any shaky cam in man of steel. There was however a lot of handheld camera work.

  Not really. It's only when a movie doesn't grab me that I notice the shaky cam.
  The worst offender in recent memory is the Bourne Supremacy and that movie's so good it never bothers me.
