When Warner Bros. announced their Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice panel for this Saturday at Comic-Con they promised there would be some surprises. Now thanks to Deadline, we know what one of those surprises is.

Deadline reports that Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill will be at the DC Entertainment booth to sign autographs either on Friday night before their big panel, or on Saturday as soon as its over. Deadline also heard that Gal Gadot may be joining them, but that hasn't been confirmed at this time. I'm sure more official details will come out soon.

  It's alright; there are a lot of us in the same boat, and we'll find ways to be as close to Comic-Con as we can without being there. At least we have Batman-News to keep us up to speed. I wish there were a live stream I could count on to keep track. That would be awesome.

    I really don't understand why they don't lifestream. Star Wars Celebration did. I'm not even a Star Wars fan and I watched it. I would think this would just add to their exposure. Nothing will ever beat the live experience but it's the same reason sports teams televise their games. More people watching gains more fans.

      I'm not a Star Wars guy either, and I watched it too. It's not like it removes the demand for badges. People will still want to be there. It just expands its reach and makes it even more accessible for fans who can't be there.

        Star Wars Celebration was the largest its ever been, and they live streamed. Everyone at home got to see how much fun they had there while they sat at their office computers or at home. Those same people are more likely now to buy tickets to next years event so they can be part of that fun too.

      I would think it might be the trouble of setting up the hardware. I used to go to Comic-Con a lot and the last time I went was in 2010. The space in the convention center is literally packed with booths and the walking space in between them is for the attendees. It can really get crammed when walking around booth to booth.

      Comic-con really needs to re-consider getting a livestream. It's so awesome, you'll never hear anyone say "Oh I don't need to go, they're live streaming" or "dammet, I'm gonna return my ticket, since they have live stream.". I am a Star Wars fan and I really appreciated it, since I couldn't be there and it was even good for the fans that are able to attend but couldn't make it to all the panels.

    It was definitely meant as a joke, but still caused an unnecessary uproar in the blogosphere and a lot of headaches for the public relations team. Not something they'll want a repeat of, especially where there's so much positive and exciting news they'll want people focused on :)

    Very interesting thought and like Jas has said he can be Guy Gardner or even Hal Jordan but there is also Chris Pine and the case Tyrese Gibson who insists a lot on the John Stewart character a little bit like Dwayne Johnson and Jason Momoa before where we knew that they have their role before the official announcement.

      Yeah, I think you are right. That's a safe bet to make.
      It's likely he's got a very good agent or publicist whom is helping him get as much exposure as possible for having a tiny role in a big movie.
      I had no idea who this guy was until fans started speculating about his alleged importance to the DCEU. That's a pretty good way to promote your name.

So at one point it was rumored that Green Lantern wouldn't join the Justice League until the end of JL Part 1. I wonder if that's true, and if it is, who the seventh initial league member would be.
Totally random fan theory... What if Black Adam is part of the Justice League before turning evil? That could explain why Dwayne Johnson has already been cast in the role. I've also heard rumors that Kahndaq will be featured in BvS.
If Justice League is the gathering of all of the known meta-humans on Earth (plus Batman), it might make sense that Black Adam would be part of that group, similar to Wonder Woman and Aquaman.

        Haha, reminds me of when I went to the theater to see the trailer with the extra footage, and this guy was sitting next to me and while the trailer was playing he was completely silent like "....." then it went black and once the extra footage started to show he was like "oh my god.....oh my god..." and then when Bats and Supes charged at each-other he shrieked so high pitched and I swear his voice cracked, the type of cracking when you're about to cry lol.

        Yea, I took off a little early from work to go, it was the least i could do. Some of my friends were like "....you're going to a movie theater just to watch a trailer...." and made me feel so stupid, but then once i told them I got a free ticket to see the movie early they were all like "WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE ME!?"
