Ben Affleck spotted in Toronto on set of 'Suicide Squad' (photos)

David Ayer's Suicide Squad officially kicked off production a couple of weeks ago in Toronto, Canada. eTalk (via Comic Book Movie) has a photo of Ben Affleck arriving in Toronto earlier today. He was also in the city last week.

There have been rumors that Ben Affleck's Batman would have a small cameo in the movie, and today's news is either confirmation or a crazy coincidence.

You know what would be fresh and interesting? If the Joker knew who Bats was, but would not use it against him, or tell anyone. That would highlight just how special their relationship is.

    I'm not sure what type of profanity the deleted comment might have used...
    ...but I also believe the 'alleged set photo' looks pretty photoshopped.
    The white-outline looks a tad too perfect, and Ben does look like a cut-out in those shots.

        Yeah, I've seen that dismissive explanation and I'm not %100 buying it.
        I believe Ben Affleck is in Toronto... I'm just not so sure about those set photos.

        What I did was logical. I presented you with evidence to back up the fact that the image was indeed that of Leto. You posted a comment without proof or evidence of your suspicion. You didn't make any kind of argument in your case. You just stated it as if it was a fact when it wasn't.
        This isn't the first time we have had this discussion. To be honest, I don't fully get you. I have genuinely tried to have conversations with you in the past, but you don't give me much to work with. I'm here to talk about Batman with people because I want to. I don't understand why you can't just talk with people about Batman without starting an argument almost every time you post something.

  Sure it is. This could be right after a workout and he is still swole, the definition is a few comments up. Also actors can live in the gym while not on set but probably have Dumbbells on set anyway. They have experts telling them what and when to eat, and which vitamins and supplements to take.

I'm not too familiar with Suicide Squad except for Assault on Arkham and some reading online here and there. Bruce isn't too vital to suicide squad is he? Rather, Batman is?

  No Batman is mostly a minor character in those books. I think Batman will be investigating The Joker or Lex and he stumbles on the Suicide Squad.

    Well given the plan for DCCU, I reckon potential plot line is Waller trying to dig up stuff on the new heroes in town e.g. the GODS and the Kings, the Wonder Womens, the Supermans and the Aquamans. I reckon she'll say Batman is key to getting info on those ppl and the way they think/act and potential JL formation info from Batman and because of that Joker is vital to get to Batman. Once again.. I think all these movies will have to focus on Batman as the master of strategy and detective skills - rather than Batman the fighter... that way he'd fit in better as a vital member amongst Gods. His level of intellect and ingenuity should be similar if not greater than the JLA run Batman. I'm sure they'll nail it :) Keen for this cameo!

    If we're talking comics, Batman isn't in Suicide Squad but Oracle is. Batman does however have a legendary rapport with Amanda Waller throughout the DCU. My theory is that Bruce Wayne might want to find out what Waller is up to since she has new involvement with Joker whatever that may be.
