Synopsis

Gordon and Bullock continue to investigate the Ogre (guest star Milo Ventimiglia), who begins to make his move on someone close to Gordon. Meanwhile, Bruce and Selina team up to expose a corrupt Wayne Enterprises employee and Nygma comes to Kristin Kringle’s defense in the all-new “Under the Knife” episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, April 20 (8:00-9:00 ET/PT) on FOX.

Anyone remember in the Long Halloween when Falcone got that Irish guy Mickey and his gang to assassinate Harvey Dent? Does that scene with Penguin show the beginnings of Falcone's relationship with the Irish gang. This show's already borrowed from Year One/Long Halloween a lot so I wouldn't be surprised

I think maybe this has been said before on this forum, but Barbara Kean is kind of an annoying character.

Good episode. The Orge is a great villain. For once, I think Barbara looks kind of hot and Selina's a bitch. Bruce is awesome though. If he can go back in time and win all these arguments with Selina by saying "Well I'm Batman" then this will be Emmy worthy haha. Good to see Chief Essen back. Is she related to Sarah Essen? Anyway Bullock was awesome when the guy was like "I'm not arafid of you" and he said "Only because you don't know me" and poor Penguin but everything finally connects. I wonder what Falcone thinks of Penguins Secret War and yes it's about time the Riddler got the spot light. Offically awesome Riddler. Before, they showed his weird and funny side. Now, they show his darkseid. Anyway, can't wait till next episode. I can't believe for once I miss Fish. I wonder if Ivy will be in the finale. Plus Luicius Fox coming next episode! Oh and that preview for the next episode is sick. Bruce and Alfred uncover Thomas Wayne's secret. I either expect an owl, Arkham plans or the Bat-Cave

What I don't get is how Renee Montoya and Crispin Alan are series regulars. Renee appeared for 8 episodes and Crispin was only 7

Barbara really really needs to die. I'm sorry, she's such an awful character and adds nothing to the show except for giving Selina a place to crash. Kill Barbara, kill off Penguin's mom, have Penguin kill Fish, for God's sake don't revisit the Ivy Pepper character, focus more on Bruce/Alfred and his quest to clean up his family's name, stop doing the cliche "I'm the new lawman around these parts and I'm gonna clean up this town daggummit" Gordon moments that have the subtlety of an elephant and this show could really go somewhere! All that said, I love this show, it's just out of that love I want it to be so much better because I know it can be!

The writing for this show is so cheesy and the acting is so canned. Like the way Gordon is talking to the cameras before it cuts to commercials, the way Riddler kills that Kringle's boyfriend and you see flashes of what is clearly a camera. Absolutely poor production.

Flashes came from the elevated track. Suppose to be sparks from the train passing above.

  Not the sparks. The bright flashes of white light which are meant to be lightning as you can clearly hear the sound of thunder. However, the lights are so poor, it's obvious it's camera flash.

Not the street lights. The flashes were meant to imitate the light from lightning as you can clearly hear thunder but they were poor imitations.

I hate that "good guy sneaks upon another good guy for no reason"! I hate it! You know, when in the beginning Lee thought someone was in her apartment, and Jim got behind her? That's stupid, she should have been able to hear him walk. He was wearing shews.

Other than that, enjoyed. The kids are awesome as always.

I found it hard to believe. Was Gordon trying to scare her? :P If he was there to help her, he would talk to her instead of appearing as a ghost. I know they did that just to make her punch him, but they could wrote it or made it better.

I liked Riddleman in this episode, and I loved Barbara. Apparently she's into the whole Fifty Shades of Grey thing. And there's no way that I'm the only one who's noticed Oracle's future clock tower. LOL

I hate Barbara but the annoying thing is they won't kill her off because Gordon ends up marrying the bitch. Watch Gordon save her life from the Ogre and he falls back in love with her. Jeez.

Good episode though. Love little Bruce and Selina. Cuuuuute.

Excellent episode in my opinion. Good story, and great sets this episode, like when Gordon and Bullock are interrogating the Ogre's father in that moonlit section of the house. Also really liked the scene where the Ogre's torture room is revealed to Barbara. Some good tension-filled moments in this one. Like with Maroni, Penguin and his mother, when Maroni let Penguin no he wasn't stupid, lol.
