Bats2012
Like you said before, the wait is ogre.
Charles Tosti
Wait till you get to episode 7 ;) I think that was my favorite episode even though I loved them all. Only got 2 left!
That guy playing Matt is perfect. Daredevil is my favorite superhero show so far of all time. 1. Daredevil. 2. Gotham. 3. Constantine.
Charles Tosti
Agreed. Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock is fucking awesome! Charlie Cox and Scott Glenn (guy who played Stick) were the best actors in the show. I already knew the show was gona be good but I didn't expect it to be this good. It blew my mind.
1. Daredevil 2. Constantine 3. Flash
Chris Terrio
Scott Glen is almost a show stealer but Charlie Cox's Matt acting overshadows him. His voice is so fucking awesome. It's not raspy. It's perfect
Charles Tosti
I love his voice too man. Even when he's interrogating someone, he still maintains a less throaty raspy sound. Just an angry vocal tonality. He's also very calm when he's interrogating too. I love it!
JimboVerde
You were right about that second episode man I haven't stop watching since
Charles Tosti
Thanks man! Here's a legendary Daredevil/Bullseye fight to wet your appetite.
Ryan Brennan
I read somewhere that Bullseye wont be on the show. Kinda lame.
Charles Tosti
That's actually old news. The show runner said, he would love to bring in Bullseye and Elektra in season 2 which is perfect because they teased her in episode 10. Bullseye is definitely a possibility for season 2
Charles Tosti
To be fair, Daredevil is my favorite superhero so I am a little biased :P
Chris Terrio
I just saw episode 7 and you were right
Charles Tosti
I just finished the final episode and OH MY GOD!!!!!! I was smiling the whole freaking time. The costume looks sooooooooo much better in motion. Show was freaking incredible.
Also there's a cool little Easter Egg in the last episode. In the News Paper, it features this Iconic Daredevil cover by Alex Maleev
Chris Terrio
I'm 2 episodes from finishing this season!
Charles Tosti
The show was incredible. Hurry up and finish it! I'm dying to talk about it
Day vs Night
i agree, when i saw the red suit in photos i thought that the mask doesn't look pretty good then i watch the final episode and is fucking beautiful.
I totally read that in Conroy's voice. Seriously, his wife is the luckiest woman on the planet. She gets to hear that voice when she's fucked by Batman lol
Bats2012
Gross
Charles Tosti
Bruh -__- he's Kevin Conroy. He's the equivilant to Chuck Norris. I have every right to be gross
Chris Terrio
If Batfleck sounds like Kevin Conroy, I'll shit my pants in excitement
Charles Tosti
Dude I'd freaking stand up and clap in the middle of the damn movie if I even heard a hint of Conroy's voice coming through
Chris Terrio
Haha and in SS if Jared Leto sounds like Mak Hamill, I'll give him an Oscar myself
Charles Tosti
Normally I disagree with you but...we agree this time. Bruce Lee is the coolest person to have ever lived (besides Jimi Hendrix)
Chris Terrio
Haha I agree
Bats2012
He's a voice actor, not the end all be all of Batman.
Clown Two-Face
At least she's not Bales wife!!! Oh god!!! Bale (in voice):WHO AM I!!!!!!?!!? Wife:honey I know your the Ba- Bale (still in voice):IM THE BATMAN!!!!!!!
Chris Terrio
Don't worry about Atomic. (He hardly quaflies as a man). He's just embarrassed you know how his late nights with Bale are
Chris Terrio
Best Batman ever
Charles Tosti
Agreed, I NEED Arkham Knight now. I hope it's not his last performance. I would miss him Godlike voice.
Chris Terrio
Agreed. I hope not but DC's using Jason O'Mara now who's not as good. My favorite Batman voices 1. King Conroy 2. Michael Keaton 3. Roger Craig Smith 4. Rino whatever his name is 5. Troy Baker
Ryan Brennan
You didn't like it when Robocop did his voice in Dark Knight Returns?
Boy that right there was 7 minutes of scenes. That's 10% of an episode!
Chris Terrio
Guess everybody can shut up about Marvel vs DC because they don't fucking hate each other like the fanboys do. He'll Zack Snyder wishes Marvel movies do well and Marvel gave a tribute (granted a weird one) for DC
Well let's see, Jim Lee, same artist who penciled Batman HUSH and Superman For Tomorrow was working on Uncanny X Men with Chris Claremont in 1989 until 1991. Frank Miller, same writer who revolutionized Batman and brought a level of grittiness and intensity in 1986 with his 2 amazing hits, TDKR and Year One but 7 years before that he was writting a little known character called Daredevil The Man Without Fear who became a massive hit under Miller's pen Ed Brubaker, the same writer who wrote one of my favorite Batman stories, Batman Fugitive, has written countless Marvel stories like Captain America Winter Soldier, Daredevil, Uncanny X Men - Messiah Complex and much more Alex Ross has done countless beautiful painted covers for both Marvel and DC. Denny O'Neil and Neil Adams have worked for Marvel and DC. Jack Kirby, the creator of Darkseid is responsible for cocreating half of the most iconic Marvel characters.
Clown Two-Face
Work is work comic book writers and arist need it!!
Charles Tosti
Umm... I'm pretty sure they all love and have grown attached to the characters they've worked on. I know that Frank Miller fell in love with Daredevil's character after writing him for so manny years. Jim Lee definitely loves the X Men and he's also created my favorite Wolverine villain, Omega Red. I mean they're all adults and they've been doing this years before the movies ever came out, comic book fans didn't have this this childish "my companies is better than yours" mindset. Most of them had respect for both companies and their characters. I know the writers/artists do
Clown Two-Face
That happens when you work on a character for a x amount of years!!!
Vi$h Gau§§
The writers and artists don't but Marvel Studios/Disney does hate DC a lot... the Avengers cast spewing venom on DC, Kevin Feige also did say some unpleasant stuff.
Charles Tosti
I know but he's referring to the comics though which is much more different
They better not waste this actor. He's fucking brilliant
Eobard Thawne
I'm most excited for A) the gang war, which sounds awesome, between Maroni, Mooney and Penguin and undoubtedly Falcone'll play in somehow.
B) Riddler's transformation. From the looks of the promos he kills his first man this week, and seeing him descend into madness will be awesome, the guy who plays him is great.
Chris Terrio
Fish won't make it off the island
Eobard Thawne
The descriptions seem to hint she will :/
Clown Two-Face
To early in For that (not in the series but in general)
Clown Two-Face
Your English is fine!! It just seems to early for something like the Injustice Society!!
Guest
got any Daredevil news?
Clown Two-Face
Beat me to the punch!!!
Charles Tosti
NO. I don't remember Matt using a cancer voice or Bruce ever stabbing someone to torture them in Batman Begins. Jeez, just because it's a gritty superhero origin story, it's automatically a "ripoff"? Man this shit get old. I think Daredevil Netflix series is because in my opinion you can do so much more with a 13 hour run time and a TVMA rating. Oh and the fight scenes were undeniably better too. It's not a freaking "wanabe".
Charles Tosti
Haha I'm not trying to say "oh my show is better than your" or anything, I just thought that the whole "wannabe" thing was really dumb. If he actually watched the show, he'd know that neither are wannabes
Charles Tosti
Dude seriously?!? You wana go into this? It's so stupid how many times I have to explain this. Matt's voice sounded completely different. He always kept the same voice even when he was interrogating. Never had a cancer voice.
Oh so Daredevil is a copy cat of Batman? How ironic is it that if you actually know both characters as intimately as I do and know their comic history, you'd know that's actually the opposite
Batman has been inspired by Daredevil much more than Daredevil has been inspired by him. See, when Daredevil was revolutionized by Frank Miller in 1979, 7 years before he would eventually write Batman. Yes DC took Batman back to his noir roots with Neil Adams as Denny O'neil but they were both very frustrated with how much DC were holding them back. It wasn't until DC took notice of how DARK Frank Miller's Daredevil was and just how much it was selling that they began to take notice.
So the funny thing is, if it wasn't for Daredevil's iconic Frank Miller run, Batman would not be the same Dark character he is today. DC never would have picked Miller up and we wouldn't have iconic stories like TDKR and Year One which allowed for Batman's dark world to began.
Daredevil was dark WAY before Batman ever was and it was because of Daredevil that Batman ever became dark.
Why don't you learn your comic history before making stupid accusations about a character you've never read and barely know.
Another thing, Batman legit rippe off a Daredevil story as well. Knightfall 1993, one of Batman's most famous stories was incredibly inspired by Daredevil Born Again 1986. Bot stories show a character at his lowest, being tortured by their enemy and rising up through the only thing they know how to do...fight. The only difference...Knightfall was published 7 years after Born Again.
So we not only have Batman becoming Dark as a result of Daredevil but he also takes massive inspiration from one of his stories
I'm starting to wonder just who the "ripoff" is?
But the thing is, I know that they are completely different characters. I know that Matt is much more darker and brutal than Batman, I know that Matt is Matt, even when he has the mask on, I know that it's the exact opposite with Batman who is always Batman even when he puts the mask of Bruce Wane, I know that Matt is an emotional human being who often gets very close with women and pays the price for it while Bats distances himself as far away from women because he is a LOGICAL human being
They both have very different thinking processes. But because your a fanboy who can't even do his own research, there's really no poin in trying to convince you of anything
