Last week Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder accused a Stormtrooper of stealing the Batmobile. Star Wars: Episode VII director J.J. Abrams took to Twitter today and fired back and showed Snyder exactly what the massive Millennium Falcon would do to the Batmobile. Hans Zimmer's Dark Knight Trilogy score plays over the video and a Tumbler is used instead of Ben Affleck's new Batmobile... but you get the idea! Check out the cool video below.

Batman would still pull an anti-Millennium Falcon spray and find a way

If Zack Snyder follows this path, he should be uploading a video next time he plays this joke! :D

If they keep this up, the fans could probably edit it all together to make a DC / Star Wars crossover fan film. If that isn't the original plan anyway.

I hope this friendly banter between the two of them could mean JJ would direct a green lantern movie:DD

Next Scene: Batman slips out of a small hatch, gets into the Tumbler and rides away while the Millennium Falcon goes up in a huge ball of fire and smoke :D

or have Bats sitting in the seat. press a button that says magnetic disruptor and show something drop from the bottom of the car and attach itself to the Falcon. Then the Tumbler detaches and flies off as electrical sparks surround the Falcon and inside you see the lights go out as Chewbacca sighs.

or liam neeson as qui gon attacks batman with his light saber, bats promptly uses his forearm blades as shielding but they get melted by qui gon's saber and says: "not so useful this time, right?"

It's an old fashion Geek Off. It just proves they got the right people to make these movies. True fans of the fandom. I'm enjoying it.

They already had Kal in jedi garb a while back.

yeah, i know, it was sith (he even had a red light saber); that was the beggining, the fight started with zack going all batman vs star wars, but i think is time for him to make some gag with kal doing something clever against a star wars character...

Yeah, but it's like, the wrong..........Batmobile. C'mon J.J. The tumbler is SO 2012.

but still the best.

The Tumbler better than the Batfleckmobile?! LOL

Sorry but, the Tumbler has already been "topped".

NO I'm SORRY. But the Tumbler is behind Snyder's Batfleckmobile, Burton's Batmobile, and Adam West's Batmobile. There's nothing wrong with fourth place.

The Tumbler was cool. But it was ugly. I think that most people prefer the Batmobile to have more of a sports car look. The Tumbler was probably smaller than you think.
Well apparently, the Batfleckmobile is both. YOU MAD BRO?

Snyder's Batmobile is smoother and longer, which gives it more presence. And because Zack Snyder is Zack Snyder, I'm sure it will have more firepower than the Tumbler. I doubt that Ben Affleck could even fit, in the Tumbler. LOL

Of course he does. He's just trying to defend his favorite.

Burton's Batmobile was all kinds of sexy, stealth and menacing. And that canopy sliding back? That topped everything so far.

IT'S OFFICIAL!!
WE, the fans, demand a Justice League/Star Wars movie.

and at marvel they must be retorting in envy that is not them who J.J. is toying with but their sworn enemies... niiiiice (in emperor's voice).

Or that they don't need the buzz to market their movies. When you can successfully (& surprisingly) release GotG, do you really need to rib another franchise?
GoTG, Star Wars, Batman and Superman are big enough franchises on their own to need any kind of buzz in order to market themselves, i was just making a joke, not trying to continue the never ending war between marvel/DC fans.

But a JLA/Avengers movie would be awesome! It will never, ever happen, for sure, but dreaming never hurt anyone... :)

It is more likely that one day Disney will own WB, and every other thing on the planet Earth as well....haha.

I was just advising I'm surprised freaking GotG was successful! Haha

I'm not sure why that war exists anyway? While they are 2 different companies they basically share the same talent pool. Editors, writers, and artists go back and forth between the two all the time. Pitting the two against each other is a very sports like mentality that I have never understood. If anything, the success of one inadvertently promotes the success of the other. They are basically two different sides of the same coin.

I agree, the thing is that sometimes you can't even make one comment/joke regarding one of those companies without someone immediately bashing you for it

True true.

Some people feel they need to justify their own choice of favorite or preferred brands
(DC or Marvel, Xbox or Playstation, Apple or Android etc) by criticizing people who choose otherwise.0 likes
This too.

Clash of the Dark Knights!
In the end it would really be determined by whoever got the first blow in. If Batman activated an EMP it would neutralize Vader's breathing apparatus, in effect suffocating him, but if Vader got in the first hit he could essentially hold Batman still using the force and then do whatever he wanted to him.

Or more likely what would happen is whatever the writers decide to write, and not necessarily what would make sense or even what any fan would want either.

Yeah, you might get a kick out of this in regards to writer logic.

Uhmm - Batman wins!
No...
yeah, take that marvel, star wars being now a disney property is more linked to DC through director's jokes than to marvel movies...
oh snap,
also....I don't think people understand how little effort these cute videos/pictures require lol.
That looked more like how the Millenium Falcon hid itself on an Imperial Space Cruiser (?) while it was trying to outrun the Imperial troops.
shots fired.
I'm not really excited about Gotham and I am not reading those comics. But I am very excited for the third season of Arrow and the first season of the Flash.

Im most excited for Arrow > Flash > Gotham in that order. I have my worries about Gotham but hoping to be proved wrong. My concern being the creators forcing too many villains into the show so early.

I am definitely excited for Gotham!

I am looking forward to seeing their realization of the city. Yes, there are all the villains, etc., but really I think this will succeed or fail based on how well they set up and use Gotham as an entity. There's only so far you can go without Batman, and so it'll have to rely on the noir, Burtonesque background to the procedural elements to really sustain itself. There was a review of the 1989 "Batman" that called it, "a great city movie," and I think -- and hope -- that Gotham (which names itself after said city, rather than Gordon) brings that in spades.

While I doubt we'll see a regular Batman series anytime in the reasonable future, particularly since Bats is DC's only proven-bankable movie franchise in the current century (I liked MoS, but 1 film does not a franchise make), one thing to watch for if Gotham survives is Master Mazouz's development. The boy's 13, so essentially he may have to spend his teen years as a gym rat if he's going to convincingly be "the boy who's growing up to be Batman." He can't mature into the body type of the guy who's playing Edward Nigma, for instance. And this stuff's real; it's not like an adult Affleck bulking up to play Batman and then turning into a flabby slob for his next part.... his adolescent development will be setting up his body FOR HIS ENTIRE LIFE! So if the show has legs I wonder how all that's going to turn out, and how much his parents are willing to let him put himself through, because as he is today I would see him maturing into a slim, bookish type rather than a jock.

Awesome
It's time for Snyder to unveil the X-Batwing.

I think he'll save that for the trailer.
