Gal Gadot signed a 3 movie deal as Wonder Woman (video)

Batman News reader Maxim is back with some more Wonder Woman news from Israel. Gal Gadot was interviewed once again on Good Evening with Gai Pines, the top entertainment show in Israel. According to their report, Gadot got locked into a 3 movie deal when she signed on to play Wonder Woman in Batman vs. Superman. That's not too surprising, a 3 movie deal is usually the norm in superhero movies, but I don't think we've had confirmation on Gadot's deal until now.

While talking about her lucrative modeling career, Good Evening with Gai Pines estimated that Gadot will be making $300,000 for her role as Wonder Woman in Batman vs. Superman. They also revealed that Gadot is scheduled to start filming the Man of Steel sequel in May, which lines up with the production delay that Warner Bros. announced last week.

Update #1: To be clear, Good Evening with Gai Pines reported all of this news. Gal Gadot did not confirm any of it herself in the video. However, they did speak to Gadot for this piece, and they talked to her in length about Wonder Woman a month ago too. Good Evening with Gai Pines is the top news show in Israel and they're not known for spreading rumors.

I expect her to have a pay increase for the 2nd movie. Also it looks like it will be 1) 'BvS' 2) Wonder Woman solo movie 3) JL movie...(of course last 2 aren't in a specified order). Won't be surprised if she signs on for 2 more movies (WW sequel? JL sequel?).

Yeah, I didn't put it in my article, but the TV show said she'll make more in the other movies if Batman vs. Superman is a success.

    probably, if you include all Solo Batman films, all justice league films, and the man of steel sequel.
    i think the perfect Batman cinematic universe could be set up like this:
    all prequel films before MOS2/JUSTICE LEAGUE:
    Film one: origin story, main plot based exactly like Batman: year one, only replacing Falcone with Penguin, and adding in Joker's origin (ie, the scene with the red hood in the killing joke)
    Film 2: a year later, based on the Long Halloween Storyline (only taking out all side villians, slightly different ending, replacing Grundy with Killer Croc and replacing Falcone, again, with Penguin)
    Film 3: a movie taking place a year later based on Batman: Dark Victory and Robin: year one (basically Dick Grayson's origin, and BLACK MASK should be the villain)
    Film 4: a movie with the Joker as the main villain, and Introduce Jason Todd. Jason Todd should die in the end, and batman Semi-retires due to Jason's death
    then, MOS2, where we have a semi-retired batman, who comes put of retirement due to superman and whoever the MOS2 villain is.
    i really don't think any solo batman films taking place AFTER justice league should happen, though.
    oh, and i don't mean in order when they are released. i mean when they take place.

      Croc sucks by himself and Bane is stronger than him. That could get into the geneticist that creates several different mutated beast humans for illegal purposes. Grundy has been very powerful but I don't know if they're going to make him that strong. Otherwise he's a good tag along villain, and Croc could be a tag along villain too or play a much smaller role. Croc is ok for a comic book storyline but not as a main villain for a big blockbuster movie.

      you are right. however, grundy has a very small part in Long Halloween, nothing more than a cameo. he just attacks two-face and two-face calms him down in the sewer. i just thought it would make more sense to replace grundy with croc because croc is more aggressive than grundy, and Croc lives in the sewers, whereas grundy lives in a swamp (most of the time, at least).

      Grundy has a cool personality. He gets his powers having come from the swamp. That's a lot more interesting than Croc being a stupid crocodile hybrid or whatever he is. Grundy has also been written before to take down the entire Justice League including Superman. Grundy makes a good evil team player such as apart of Legion of Doom for the guy that simply does the organized crime and kills but is also personable and does lots of mindless killing he greatly enjoys. He makes killing and crime fun. Solomon Grundy also has that great nursery rhyme he says all of the time. The man bat is a much tougher opponent than Croc while Bane is a lot stronger and a much greater planner than either. I would mix Croc in with a bunch of other mutated beings including the Man Bat and others a corrupt scientist keeps and gets their help in making money. The scientist can be a side character that does work for a master planner as usually always happens. Then if Croc is in the sewers he can be a side villain that works for the other villains if they're going to put him into the movies. Croc can be very viscous as he has those sharp crocodile teeth and bites huge chucks off of peoples' bodies but he's not the master planner. Solomon Grundy is the yes man, and everyone needs a yes man.

      That's one thing I don't like is don't we want a 30 year old Batman when the main parts of the stories are just getting started. An older Batman like Affleck can continue for 20 years where it fits that he becomes an older man that relies on his team and his ingenuity than himself. That can go into events like Kingdom Come later on when he's 60 years old if they decide to continue this canon for 20 years. The other actors are a lot younger and they'd all age well. They may be 40 or 50 in 20 years but they age so well you wouldn't really be able to tell. Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and Superman are immortal and don't age from what I know. Kryptonians normally age but while they're exposed to the yellow sun they don't age. I would think their age would reverse to prime age when they're exposed to the yellow sun. With an older actor being Batman they can focus a lot more on better writing.

    Contracts are made to be broken. If they feel she's crap she won't be back no matter what the deal is.
    I'm pretty sure Ryan Reynolds signed for three pics. I'm also pretty sure he won't be playing Green Lantern anytime soon.

      According to Chris's story on spidermannews.com, it sounds like Summit picked up the entire Divergent series, so it makes sense that she might take a starring vehicle as opposed to a supplemental role. I'd still like to see her as MJ, though.

    With great directors and with the backing of Warner Brothers how can they possibly fail? Warner Brothers makes the most overall money in movies yearly as a huge percentage of movies. Warner Brothers makes from $40 billion a year to over $50 billion a year if you look at the two parts of the company in Fortune 500 which is their Time Warner and their Warner Cable.

      I was thinking more that it's Batman and Superman, together for the first time on the big screen. Surely there's no way it can fail for that reason alone. I mean, not even folks that were put off by Man Of Steel are going to miss this, are they? Not even the people whining about Ben Affleck or Gal Gadot. It's going to be massive. It could be directed by Jason Friedberg and backed by Marmite, people would still see it in droves... probably.

    It really depends. Thor's powers have varied. When he has the strength belt he's twice as strong. He has very powerful magic but it uses up his strength when he uses it, so he focuses more on endurance in combat and thinks with his head. He became very powerful in a future storyline when he becomes king to have both of his eyes plucked out and gain Thorforce. With the 12 runes he becomes extremely powerful. Thor hasn't taken advantage of learning other types of magic but there's other things he could do. He might have done some of those things in other comic book storylines. He could also fit on the Destroyer armor to be much stronger but he doesn't because it belongs to his dad. I don't know how but the Destroyer armor could shrink in size and fit on Odin. Thor can grow back both of his eyes but I'm not sure if he could. He could develop another type of vision such as echolocation.

    Wonder Woman was an Amazonian, as you know, so over a thousand years I guess. Her race were gave their battling power by Ares, who gifted their queen Hippolyte with exceptional powers. But on Hercules 9th labour he slaughtered them all, so not so wonderful then I guess. Thor too been kicking around for thousands of years through Germanic then Norse mythology, he was generally considered a bit of a c**t, while its Odin who is considered the greatest for discovering YggDrasil: the world tree that bridges heaven and earth. What the f**k this has got to do with their comic iterations I do not know, but hey, I'm just after a jay.

      The comic books had a lot of interesting storylines for Wonder Woman when it came to the Greeks "Gods" and "Goddesses" of Mount Olympus. Instead of something cheap they should read those. She had a lot of interesting stories with how she grew up and to do with their politics. She was allowed to train with the male Gods and experience their culture while many of the other demigoddess amazons were not. She was created to be a lot more powerful than them. In real life I think the pure blood Greek "Gods" and "Goddesses" are 8th density physical beings who would be at the level of Infinite or above Infinite while mortal humans are 3rd density physical beings from 20 to 1000, and could possibly climb up to 3000 at the most in the physical reality. There's progression beyond the physical reality and higher density beings are usually non-physical, but for special reasons some come back down into physical. I think in real life some of those Greek beings chose the Lucifer Rebellion while their children and descendents may have chosen good and others chose evil. I think Annunaki could be Egyptian superhumans, who's home planet is the highly advanced planetary starship Nibiru carved out of a brown dwarf they hollowed out that failed to form into a star which their planet probably has the most advanced technology in the galaxy and is up there or beyond the top physical advanced races of this galaxy, of mixed 9th density physical races who are above Infinite as they have mixed 9th density genetics. They keep the bloodline pure to 9th density physical beings and are primarily good willed who follow God the Father and God Michael of Nebadon but the Annunaki still have disputes with eachother and disagree with eachother. It's opinionated about if the Annunaki are right and wrong in some cases but that's their culture and how they do things, they're always learning new things and ways of things too as there's so much to learn in the realities.   There's a lot of interesting things they can do with Wonder Woman because people like Greek mythology which is always popular. Greek mythology in the modern world with the government would be cool. This works as Wonder Woman goes to work for the Government. There's more great places they can take Thor to too. Thor's real mother in the comic books is Gaia and he can become way more powerful. Odin is aware Thor has much greater potential in power and magic than him but Thor hasn't come close to realizing it yet. Gaia is far more powerful than Odin. Odin's wife Frigga agreed for Gaia to have Odin's child so they could have a very strong king in the future. Odin took Loki as a baby because he needed that type of individual to aid in their future kingdom but Loki turned out to be treacherous.

With or without pants her costume would look good. It could look really dumb with pants or it could look really good with pants. If she's going to wear full body armor in one of her suits it would make sense that there would be armor that goes down her legs otherwise why would she keep her legs exposed. A reason why her legs may be exposed with some of her suits is so she gets more free range of movement, and when it's hot outside. She could have a lot of attire from her many centuries of life as she's over a millenia old, and she could also have modernized stuff along with what she gets from the government. It could depend on the types of challenges she takes on at different times.

She could have magic to manifest that which could be somewhat related to a magical version of sub-space. She would be good with some types of magical science. Possibly alchemy or others, I'm not sure. Zatanna is really good with high level magic in many ways which she learned from her dad alot from what I know, and then others through a network.

ACT 1: Back Story- The Amazons had a legendary battle with Ares where great numbers of lives were lost and their original home was destroyed so Zeus granted the amazons a new island that will be guarded by the gods that will be hidden from mankind at the will of Hippolyta their new queen as the old one died in battle, Ares…Zeus’ Son has been stripped of his power by this magic metal bracelets that prevent him from channeling energy from War so he is just about Mortal Status they only keep him alive because he is family of Zeus. The lock him away on a prison on Themyscira their new home.Steve Trevor’s (military) plane crashes on an island in the Bermuda Triangle, where he not only discovers this island of “paradise” aka Paradise Island but he discovers it’s inhabited by an all female warrior race secluded from society. By tradition, when someone comes to the island for whatever reason they send one of the sisters to escort them back to their respective countries but since it hasn’t happened in over 70 years they must hold a championship to find a new escort as the old one was killed in battle by Circe. Princess Diana of Themyscira is excluded by her mother Queen Hippolyta but she disobeys her mother and disguises herself and wins the competition, her mother allows this because she knew Diana was capable but she just wasn’t ready to let her leave. On the other side of the island a storm is brewing when Ares (God of War) escapes from prison with a rogue amazon who killed another Amazon (who you fall in love with earlier in the movie.)

ACT 2: After a montage of Steve and Diana hanging out and a couple of jokes they go to the mall and she says “is this some kind of temple?” And he replies “Yeah, for people who worship their credit cards” *chuckle*. She tries Ice Cream and loves it and this can be the part of the movie that brings out her human side. After the date is over she fights some guys in the ally with the help of Steve Trevor and she shows off her strength and he likes em strong. Deimos finds Wonder Woman and fights her. Blah blah

ACT 3: Wonder Woman fights Ares in Washington D.C. basically live-action version of this fight Link: http://www.youtube.com/watc.... All of this happens right after Man of Steel like a week after the events and Superman is still recovering from the trauma and public shock that aliens exist so he’s in hiding hence why he doesn’t appear in this movie. After all of this happens WW meets General Swanwick who has been promoted to General of Extraterrestrial Affairs in partnership with S.T.A.R. Labs and then the events of Batman vs Superman happen (nothing in the movie happens where WW is needed at the beginning just for the sake of my outline and I couldn’t write this obstacle out. Wonder Woman appears in the movie for some small role maybe just as Diana or at the end to assist with the big showdown with whoever Batman and Superman are fighting and her character is established.

Things to know:

1. This movie takes place before Batman vs. Superman it’s a prequel/explanation for WW being in America

2. She is in BvS hopefully only in the final act because then it will make sense.

3. She is an agent of the military after this movie and only meets Superman when he comes out of hiding and the govt. sees him for the first time in months and he’s already acquainted with Batman so she can meet Batman but he does NOT work for or with the military but Bruce Wayne develops lots of their tech and he owns a part of S.T.A.R. Labs.

The explanation for why the military and that society have trust is that the superhumans also have extraterrestrial links including superhuman extraterrestrials. In that society the superhumans including the "Gods" and "Goddesses" are considered to be apart of Earth. The "Gods" and "Goddesses" have origination links to other planets and other realities beyond their planets but they took identity with Earth in their responsibility and permanently have lived there for the time being. The superhuman Amazons have part mortal Earth human DNA while the full blood "Gods'" and "Goddesses'" created their physiology to fit the Earth humans, and their full blood offspring take a strong identity with Earth as they appear with the human physiology but are superhuman. Other extraterrestrials and extraterrestrial superhumans have been on Earth for a long time but their identity and culture is from the planet they're from as they're on Earth for the purpose of their planet of origination which they're still strongly apart of their original planets' cultures. All of those groups are in contact with the government which they have been since atleast the 1940s but have influenced the world for ages working with the governments at different periods of time, mostly with good intentions but sometimes there's ill willed beings or corruption in the ranks who have a strong drive for power. If the government comes across new beings that have been visiting or have been apart of the planet for a long time they discuss what to do with the other extraterrestrial and superhuman extraterrestrial links they have as there's an extraterrestrial law system as the extraterrestrials keep contact with the different extraterrestrial races on the planet. The extraterrestrials will let eachother fight eachother if there's uprisings as they also have to deal with their own planets, and because they let their races develop instead of suppressing them. The top secret government may be letting the lesser branches and normal society deal with any sightings now so that they can gain experience as the planet may be moving into a beginning phase of interaction with other planets. If new extraterrestrials, magic beings, and superhumans enter the planet the top secret government may deal with it or they'll let the people deal with it now. They may still keep track of things and have laws about that in conjunction with the extraterrestrials, superhumans, and magic beings already on the planet. The top secret government works with and learns a lot as they work together in some cases working to learn from what each planets' people has to offer to eachother. Justice League Dark can also be a top secret government subsidiary of people in the paranormal who's task it is to identify and work with this which is pretty much how it's done in the comic books and in real life. Some magic beings, superhumans, and extraterrestrials that enter the planet may be too strong for the government which is why they created Justice League Dark and why Justice League and others were formed. The magic beings, superhumans, and extraterrestrials that are stationary would have to be in contact with the government because they're a lot more exposed since they're in a stationary position whereas others that come to the planet don't have a stationary position to where they're not exposed.

It's cool because there's so much they can do with Wonder Woman. She has interaction with the modern world. She's into the more sophisticated culture but she also has strong links to the superhumans she knows. In real life those historical superhumans also had interaction with extraterrestrials, super extraterrestrials, magical beings, and real Gods and Goddesses among many other beings. Some of those superhumans were good, and some were evil, and the same deal with the mortal extraterrestrials. For the most part the extraterrestrials including the super types keep law and order in their circle of advanced planetary races they interact with.

She's had conflict with Heracles before. She's gotten into a dispute with Zeus before while she's also trained with Ares long before having conflict with him. She has different ways than Ares which he doesn't like about her or the superhuman Amazons and their Goddess order. He must find them weak because they're being isolated and over protected. The male Gods respect that she went and trained with them instead of choosing to stay comfortable and isolated with the female superhuman Amazons. While she does clash with the other "Gods" and "Goddesses" she still works with and learns them as that's just how that culture works. She learns to synchronize with them so it's not just black and white, there's a lot deeper interaction instead of just a cheap story.

If her character does well then she would be signed on to make a lot more money in the sequels. It depends where they can take her with other movies. Wonder Woman has a lot of potential because of the rich history they can do with the character. She's a mixture between an Amazon and a female Olympian but in that way she's more of an Olympian. In history superhumans really existed and they interacted with magical beings and extraterrestrials as well as superhuman extraterrestrials. The Urantia Book gets a little bit into their origins. There's other people that talk about the other part of the extraterrestrial stories in ancient history and modern history but the part the Urantia Book talks about is also very important to understand that. Otherwise there's inaccuracies to the other stories. Then will she try for it because rich women that model are incredibly lazy, spoiled, and snobby. I know of people that make lots of money and have lots of ESP skills who communicate with superhumans, Gods and Goddesses, magical beings, and extraterrestrials on a regular basis which those people have videos online talking about it. They're modest about it so not many people pick up on their ability. A lot of the times when they communicate with them they give basic information which is why people don't really notice it. Those beings usually work with the person's logic and so they don't give anything dynamic a lot of the times, and in many cases those professionals making a lot of money give wrong information because of it the extraterrestrials wouldn't personally say it but they're working with the rich professionals' awareness and the rich professionals' clients' awareness. Otherwise those beings would live those rich professionals' lives for them. That means in many of those cases those beings would say something completely different and say the rich professionals' information is wrong.

If I were God of this world I would make it illegal for anyone to use makeup except for Halloween. Women would try so much harder and have to actually use mind processing for anything they did including the movies they play in. It would be illegal to use makeup and photoshop for the modeling industry. For movies makeup can only be used for costumes. If it's found makeup and photoshop are used they're fined and it's illegal to sell the footage or make any profit off of it. The writing would be way better.

The plot for the WW movie: Steve Trever crashes on Amazon Island, and Diana nurses him back to good health. He tells her about the War on Terror. She comes to America as Wonder Woman to help defeat the extreme Islamic terrorists, and soon decides the best way to defeat them is to bring a sexual revolution to the Muslim World. With the help of some fellow Amazons, they travel to the Middle East to win over the Muslims to their ideals with sex and more sex.

Hollywood wouldn't dare depict Muslim terrorists or criticize Islam for its sexism. That's why, in Iron Man 3, the real villain had to end up being a rich white guy. God forbid if an Arabic looking terrorist is the actual villain. Can't have that.

Ok so gal gadot getting the role doesn't upset me. She is a gorgeous woman. My only problem is her weight. This is not an attack but in all honestly, I'm personally not going to support the movie if Gadot doesn't gain some weight in muscle to fit the role better. Wonder Woman is a tough STRONG woman. Its hard to get into a superhero movie when the lead actress looks like she can be pushed over without much fight.

Still really mad and disappointed she is wonder woman, I want a hot busty wonder woman in my movies. That the only reason I'm even interested or pick up a wonder woman comic, is cause she's hot. Gal Gadot doesn't do it at all for me, I could care less about looking at her. Terrible casting for DC Heroes. Henry Cavell is ok.

Personally I think Rosario Dawson should have been cast as wonder woman. At least she should play one of the ladles from the island. If you've seen her in the movie Trance, where she is full frontal nude, all I saw was a wonder woman.
