I would say 150mg of each of the items: Ubiquinone, Ubiquinol, resveratrol, glutathione, tyrosine, Artichoke Extract, Cascara Sagrata, curcumin, green tea extract, ashwagandha, bacopa extract, silibin, 80mg of boswellia, 80mg of CMO (Cetyl Myristoleate), and 1/2 teaspoon 1.5g of sunfoods raw camu camu powder mixed with 3.5g of lecithin and 7g of water which this would be one serving at a total of 14g: 3.5g of nutrients, 3.5g of lecithin, and 7g of water. A gallon of this would have 256 servings. Per a gallon there would also be added 1/4th a teaspoon of sundried pacific sea-salt and 300mg of megahydrate broken from a capsule into the water (280mg of megahydrate if you took it from powder and did 1/16th a teaspoon) after the mixture had been put through the 110 degree Fahrenheit 8 minute emulsification process and after the mixture was then put in the refrigerator for several hours to cool down. They'd have 1 serving a day and it would be an 8 month supply. The water used would be 64 ounces of Crystal Geyser mountain spring water. The person can also say AUM to the water to change the water memory. The lecithin used would either be organic sunflower lecithin liquid or organic soy lecithin (which are both 100% fat, so 10g of liquid lecithin has 10g of fat, liquid lecithin has no water in it, lecithin flakes are far less effective). Soy lecithin has 156 micrograms of isoflavones per a gram in it which for 3.5g of it would be 0.546mg of isoflavones so that's not bad for most people on a continual basis while sunflower lecithin has no phytoestrogens/isoflavones in it. 8mg (8000 microgams) to 16mg (16,000 micrograms) of soy isoflavones daily are bad for you. A gallon of this has 64 ounces of water, almost 32 ounces of nutrients, and 32 ounces of lecithin liquid. No one would ever be tired and weary after having that on a continual basis. All you would need is a serving a day which is a half ounce/one tablespoon. This is the liposomal nanoparticle process.

The whole "tired, weary" thing is a GREAT thing because what it means is that Affleck can dial it down like he did in THE TOWN and ARGO and actually deliver a pretty solid performance. While he's not someone I would've wanted for the character I've been saying as of late that if Affleck can give a performance that's on a 6 (out of a 10), his Batman might not suck...that bad .

What a talent, he directs, writes, and is the main actor in all of his movies. He's even directing, writing, and acting himself to be able to defeat Superman in a solid fight as Batman who has no super powers. This must be driving Mel Gibson insane because Ben Affleck stole his idea and now Mel Gibson is questioning his existence. The only thing Ben Affleck hasn't done is being one of the producers/investors into the film which attributes Mel Gibson to being the richest actor because he's also a producer.

He needs to come up with something different instead of being the unintelligent bank robber in all of his films. Batman/Bruce Wayne grew up with class and went through several experiences traveling around the world with rich and poor seeing all parts of the world including joining the League of Assassins in his youth. He then got a formal education and went to run his billionaire business from his family estate while bringing it to new levels and went into crime fighting as Batman to then joining the Justice League so he's living so many different lives everyday. He's also a mentor to many different Robins, Nightwing, Azrael, Catwoman, and many others. He has also taken on the most powerful supervillains and the most powerful superheroes including Superman, R'as Al Ghul and his army of ninjas with Talia, Sensei, and Damien Wayne; Darkseid and his entire planet of Apokolips, Brainiac, Gog, and Magog to name a few.

Apparentely The Dark Knight retruns will be a stronger influence than we thought... And this sounds good XD i totally see a Batman who was tired to fight the war against crime and Superman becoming slowly the simbol of hope what he, and the world, needs.

I'll be the first to admit that my immediate reaction to Affleck being cast was "wtf?!?". But after a few hours I realised that I haven't even really seen him in that much.

The fact is, a lot of people cringed when Ledger was cast as the Joker, a lot of people cringed when Hathaway was cast as Selina. But they both delivered.

Until proven wrong by a bad performance in this movie, I believe in Ben :)

I think a weary Batman is exactly what Affleck needs. He plays somber so well, plus it will be a decided change in the character that needs to happen after Bale's interpretation. Now if we could just get Ben to direct...

Yes please!!! They have to start making Batman be the unbeatable ninja/mma/name whatever martial arts discipline "here" badass that is basically earth's most powerful mortal human warrior. Nolan's movies were good sure but too many fast shaky camera angles. I want to see a hard core fight scene where Batman takes down thirty guys by himself and Superman says "pretty impressive."

  Seriously. Dark Knight trilogy will always hold a special place in my heart. But it was it's own thing, a very grounded and realistic version. This time we need and deserve a comicbook-faithful Batman. All the unparalleled combat and detective skills, technology, wisdom etc. Dude, even Superman has trained under Batman!!! Lets hope we get to see his ninja moves.

I think after they first announced this, Snyder did mention that this Batman is skilled and experienced. So maybe we'll still get a Batman in his prime. We'll see. Also in TDKR, there was no crime for Batman to fight. I doubt this'll be the case in MOS2. Gotham ALWAYS has someone there to cause problems. So maybe a "weary" and "tired" Batman means he is fighting harder and is just sick and "tired" of the corruptness in his own town. Maybe heading over Metropolis to check out this "Superman" will give him a fresh take on things. ;)

I bet this will happen. Snyder is really starting to look like he's going to do Miller's DKR, albeit from Superman's POV. I would be shocked if Carrie is not in this movie, even if it's just a quick 5 minutes of screen time of her (in full Robin costume) acting as Batman's tech expert during a major fight scene.

If they can do as good as Hit-Girl in the first Kick-Ass movie I want to see the Dark Knight Returns girl Robin too. You have to pick a girl that's young from 7 to 10 years old, maybe a top female gymnast. That's about what the female Robin was. I don't know if she was as old as 12 years old but if so you have to pick a woman with the right height and build to fit that female Robin. The Kick-Ass comic book looks pretty good.

The actress you mentioned looks good and energetic but will she be able to physically and mentally preform like the female Robin from The Dark Knight Returns? If they do their own thing and choose that actress I'm sure that's fine too.

I'd imagine, since there were no hints of Batman's existence in MoS, we're likely getting the urban legend, mythical, operating in the shadows kind of Batman. I wouldn't think a whole family of Bat characters could stay a secret.

I agree. It seems that everyones just so excited to just have another Batman incarnation or so up in arms about it that it hasnt really been addressed. Its kinda a major flaw if going foward into future films as well as just being really innaccuate......youll have this young Supeman and this quickly aging Batman (Affleck will pobably be approaching 44 or 45 by the time it rolls into a justice league film). That might be ok for Iron Man with Downey Jr, but Batman is a physical character unlike the completely tech reliant Iron Man....

I don't understand the need for another title. Batman vs Superman gives you every single bit of info about the movie you need. The whole concept is explained and sold in three words. Who is in the movie? Batman and Superman. What are they doing? Fighting. BILLION DOLLARS!

      The guy who runs the entire studio, the guy who is writing the movie and the guy who is directing it have ALL referenced it as VS. They've also said it's tone is lifted from The Dark Knight Returns. How much writing on the wall do you need??
      This is the standard trope in every Superman/Batman "origin" story. They're at odds, fighting against each other, in the end they team up to take on a common foe and become pals. This ain't our first rodeo here. haha

  It's not lazy. It's direct. Putting Superman and Batman in a movie together for the first time DEMANDS that "Superman" and "Batman" be in the title. This is a prime example where "keep it simple, stupid" applies. Why can't people stop over thinking everything about this movie?
