It's part two of the poll to find our favorite Batman cover of the year 1941!
Keep in mind that you’re not voting for what cover was the most important to Batman history! This isn’t a poll to see which comic was the biggest milestone. So even though I add some fun facts with a few of these issues, don’t let it affect your decision on which cover you believe looks the coolest. We’re judging these contenders by their covers alone– don’t make me take away the fun facts! As always, our poll will end in 2 weeks and I've already taken the winner of our Part 1 poll and added it to this latest list of contenders.

The first appearance of Professor Radium, a villain who recently made an appearance in New 52 Detective Comics by Tony Daniel. Also in this issue, Batman and Robin are recognized by authority just like they were in the previous installment only now it’s gone much higher up than the GCPD. In this issue, the President of the United States and the director of the FBI invite Batman and Robin to the White House.

The story titled "One of the Most Perfect Frame-Ups" marks the first ever appearance of The Penguin. Penguin frames Batman for the crime of stealing a jade idol, then breaks the Batman out of jail so it looks like our hero tried to escape! Although Batman manages to prove his innocence by the end of all of this, the Penguin gets away.
