   I doubt he's in it, nor do I really care. But I really hope they don't break universe between Dark Knight trilogy and Man of Steel. They're so alike, Nolan, Goyer, Zimmer, Thomas, Syncopy, both aiming for the same thing, why exclude Chris's trilogy when that's what it started it all. That's like not including Iron Man in MCU.

      It's not like that at all. 

      Iron Man was designed from the ground up to be the kick off of the Marvel Universe. Hence Cap's shield and Nick Fury and SHIELD and all that. Nolan's Batman was designed from the ground up to be as anti-connected universe as possible. It was a self contained story arc with a beginning, middle and end and now it's over. Move on.

      He said you shouldn't believe that "particular rumor." He's not in Man of Steel. That doesn't mean that Batman isn't . It just means that if Batman is in it, it won't be JGL under the cowl. So, no JGL in JLA, OK?

   **Spoiler Alert for The Dark Knight Rises... you have been warned**

   Well the thing is, is that Marion Cotillard blatantly lied to MTV about being Talia AlGhoul. If DC wants to compete with Marvel's Avengers they need to add tie ins to connect the movies. Nick Fury at the end of Iron Man, Captain America's shield in Iron Man 2, and just plain Shield in general. Studios need to wake up and smell the money. If they want Ben Affleck to direct Justice League pay the guy what he wants and yes that is why he turned it down. The Avengers "flat out" showed you can make a billion dollars from a superhero movie. If you would have said that 5 years ago too a head of a major studio, they would have laughed. People even scoffed at Disney who bought the Avengers for 4 billion, now everyone's scrambling.

   JGL should be in this movie and if not they are more idiotic than I thought. All WB and Legendary pictures needs is 2-3 days to shoot a Batman connection scene. Nothing more.

      That's bullshit.

      It's not idiotic, because Nolan's world's rules have specifically stated that none of the shit that happens in Man of Steel CAN happen in the Dark Knight trilogy.

      That's stupid. So get over it.

      Actually, DC and Warner Bros. *have* smelled the money: it's been coming from Nolan. That's why he was given the opportunity to aid the first steps of 'Man of Steel'. Also, since your history sucks, I'd like to remind you 'The Dark Knight' grossed $1 billion four years before 'The Avengers' hit theaters and did so with only one modest box office predecessor, minimal CGI, and a grim storyline. I'd rather DC worry about putting together epic, poignant, strong stories than filling their movies with pointless cameos and stupid in-jokes in a vain effort to ape Marvel's strategy just because you say they should.

      Of course they're going to have a connected universe, with JLA coming, that's pretty obvious. But that doesn't mean connecting it to Nolan's movies. Nolan's movies are the past, it's time to move on to the future.

   Personally I think if you want to see Christopher Nolan's Batman fight Darksied, then you really didn't get what Nolan was trying to do with his movies in the first place.

   This denial means nothing. He obviously cannot talk about it if they are trying to keep it a secret. Also, it is possible they are considering it but haven't actually approached him yet. I don't know whether Nolan's Batman movies will be connected to Man of Steel or not, but I have no doubt WB is definitely considering it. JGL also said in another interview he wouldn't mind doing it with the right script or director so the potential to get him is there

    I hope WB don't mess up the amazing work Nolan did with his trilogy.  There is no room for Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman, etc. That would suck.  Nolans work rooted Batman (a real man) in a real world where superpowers were non-existent. JGL could take up his mantle if they used a storyline like 'Black Mirror' series... could be interesting but I would still want Nolan at the steering wheel.
