Movie Review (No spoiler)
Just came back from the IMAX Theater in Hong Kong. It is fantastic. To avoid any spoiler, I won't talk about the story. Just give some suggestions:
1. It is better to review BB and TDK before going to see this one. All the open details in the first two are handled in this one. If you don't have enough time, at least see BB.
2. All the trailers don't contain any major spoilers except for limited tiny ones. In fact, many scenes in the trailers don't match the dialogs at all and it doesn't happen in sequence. So don't worry about any trailers you have seen.
3. While watching, listen carefully to each sentence. Every word has implied meaning or give hints for the following plot, including the ending. Therefore, you will find all the suprises are reasonable.
4. Every actor has done a great job, especially Anne. I think she is the best catwomen.P.S: Many people burst in tears during the movie. After the movie, people applauded and didn't go until the credit are running out.
I plan to see it at least two more times in the next several weeks.

I think we were in the same showing! :) I cheered as I clapped! Absolutely brilliant movie.
I dunno any cinema that doesn't clap for Batman... I think mine did more than three times, even during the movie...

Don't worry too much about other's spoiler. I hate that guy who spoiled the movie.
It is a journey so enjoy the process and you will have deeper understanding about the end. Those who jump to the end directly loses much joy.
I can't believe in a few mere hours, TDKR will finally hit the cinemas! Less then a day! Ahhhh!
I'm also in a good mood due to finding out the spoiler I accidentally read about the movie apparently isn't true, which really cheered me up haha. I feel bad for whoever has to sit next to me though...I have a feeling I turn into a human waterworks tonight.
Anyway, I just want to thank Chris so much for his work on this fantastic website and for always keeping it up to date with all the latest news and, well, just for everything! :)Don't worry, Alfred will make you turn on the waterworks. I welled up and I'm a big tough man.

Does she really "Steal The Show"?I honestly think she did.
She goes from one persona to the other. It's great to see. She jumps from faking vulnerable to kick-ass in a second. But she's always straight-up with Batman. She knows that Batman don't take no shit. Physically, her performance is something else. There's a scene in a bar where she totally owns everyone around her.
I knew Anne would end up stealing the show. I can't wait to finally see her silence all those dumbass haters :)

I think the first part is bullshit so I think theres hope it's not spoiled, why did i read the comments, perhaps i felt there was a better class of posters here
don't believe it. the first part is nonsense, nolan and bale talked about how they would never actually let that happen, and the rest is vague as well. just stay away from the comments from now on.
That's the plan, but definately will have damaged the experience. I take issue with the idea of him being Robin, but Nolan may have found a way for it to work under the radar.
So excited for this movie!

Yeah, I've seen that. It's hardly worht watching and I want to see it on the big screen. It was the same for me with the TDKR trailer before Avengers, except I never watched until I saw Avengers in the theater.
I'm a little bummed I haven't heard more about tom hardy as bane, I've heard a lot about anne as catwoman - anyone know how good tom hardy was?

Heard a "testing" of the Dark Knight rises in the theatre next to me, seems like they've overdubbed the prologue. Bane sounds clear, but comical. I prefer the sound mix in the Original Prologue :(Have fun like crazy men! Then when you're ready come back here and tell us all how great it was! :-)

I wont spoil anything, nolans cinematography and low shots of hardy make him look huge, so hopefully the critics are silenced in that department. However what really got my heart pounding was a certain scene with bane fighting and there was no music at all playing in the background. I thought this was purely unbelievable... But in a good way. Unfortunately thats the best word i can use to discribe it. U really need to see it for yourself to understand how intimidating and scary he really is.
Bane is awesome, probably one of the baddest, nastiest villains I've ever seen on film. Tom Hardy did an incredible job.
The voice will be contentious, but it's unique and original.
they dubbed the whole prologue (except for 'crashing this plane') which made him sound like an old man.. the clarity wasn't worth the change. there are other areas which would have benefited a lot more from a dub

there is no such thing about robin in this movie, chrisian mentionned that last year. Miranda also said that her role isn't Thalia Ras algul . So, othing is spoiled ;))))))

Hopefully so while the first one is far-fetched the rest are plausible, the whole MT being TAG has been speculated endlessly, the faked-death has been brought up but not discussed thoroughly, and the Catwoman taking out Bane is interesting. Could be he lied about the first but spoiled the rest *shrugs* but it gave me hope that hte rumors about John Blake (which i won't say here, no spoiiler tags) might be false

I saw it yesterday and every scene was orgasmic (No metaphor) i relised half way through i was Tea bagging my popcorn!!! Epic as fuck... PERFECT END!! :D

Men... I didn't want to spoil myself to much because it's still quite a wait till tomorrow night for me but I was just visiting IMDB for the reviews of TDKR and men I have never ever seen so many stars in my entire life for just one single movie. It's like 90% of the user reviews is ten stars. When I think of the opening weekend and the boxoffice so to speak I'm getting goosebumps on my arms already.
This is just the beginning.... I'm really really really looking forward to see what happens this weekend!
Gonna watch BB TDK tonight just to prepare! :-D
The ending scene was the best for me. Batman had the chance to kill Bane in a fit of rage but couldn't do it, and it really shows the conflict going on inside Bruce. Then when Bane struck him and threw him off the balcony into the sewers (no music playing in the background so you can hear the bone crushing thud Batman makes when he falls), that's what sealed the movie for me. Although I wasn't expecting Talia (yes, Miranda Tate is Talia) to be the one to kill Bane. But what really sealed the movie for me was when Batman looked at Gordon in the eyes and said, in his normal Bruce Wayne whisper voice, "No more demons." I suspect Bruce says this because Bane is finished and Bruce finally has learned to let go of his pain. Bruce then dies.
The most emotional scene is everyone in Gotham finding out who Batman was, and they all draw and graffitti the bat symbol all over Gotham. Alfred puts the batsuit in this chamber thing and lights it on fire. At the end of the movie, they bury Bruce next to his parents. This movie was 10/10. Seriously, the best movie I've ever seen.

I read it, haven't seen the movie yet but this sounds way to good to be true actually..
I was at the NY Premiere. My cousin did like this volunteer thing and we both got tickets. Sorry, I was so excited that I just assumed everyone on this site knew what happened. I should've put a spoiler tag. Ugh, if you read it... sorry lol.
Yeah well the past couple of days I read so many spoilers I don't assume anything. That's why I say it's a little too good to be true. Many try and brag about the ending. I can brag about my recent prison sentence and that's one of the reasons I look forward to TDKR. The thought of beeing able to see TDKR in cinema was the main reason that kept me going strong. So when it comes to bragging / spoiling about things I'm glad to say I can make the difference.
Looking forward to seeing Bruce in prison and how strong he comes out of it. That part is in TDKR hahaha and it's going to give me flashbacks. To me way more important then the much debated ending!
Bulls**t. I don't know what people like you get out of making up fake spoilers (poorly concieved ones at that) and posting them on forums for other people to see.
