Cant believe how old bruce looks
One thing I've noticed about the trailers an TV spots is that there is a criminally low amount of Gordon in them. We had him heavily in the teaser, and he was mentioned in the trailer 2 but after that it's like he wasn't even in the movie. Hopefully he is featured much more in the actual film, because he is one of my favorite characters in this series and I want him to have a good finale, along with batman.
I WANT MORE GORDON, DAMMIT.
I have a feeling he's injured early on in the film and his injuries prompt the return of Batman and transferring John Blake to take over for him as commissioner of GCPD. I don't think we'll see much of Gordon.

After seeing those pics of Marion and Anne, I now understand why the movie is called The Dark Knight Rises.
The line for the good seats I'm told is forming. Going to have to take shifts with my friends soon. Bringing a bag of chalk to draw bats on the ground, laptop, chessboard, last but not least, a sandwich.

Like most people, the photo of Christopher Nolan drawing the bat symbol is my favorite. Just the fact that he's doing that kind of thing as a director seems cool to me. I think most directors would have had someone else do that kind of thing for them because it's "below them". He's just a humble, calm guy. Just a great picture.

Did you get the codes for Gotham City Stock Exchange, Blackgate Prison, Major Crimes Unit, and Wayne Manor yet? Must be locked for now.
I successfully unlocked Wayne Tower, Stadium, City Hall, and Arkham Asylum.
Same 4 here. I quite looking around since that thing is quite slow moving around, don´t know if it issupposed to be like that or just too heavy app for my computer...

Exactly. So it makes me wonder when this takes place in the movie. Perhaps early on or during a flashback? I just don't know, man! These trailers give us no info about what the movie is about, which I love!

Oh man. There's like 40 pages of spoilers online about TDKR based on 2 early reviewers. I stop reading after the first page, got waaayy too detailed.
Don't go there. Go outside fishing, gym, camping, away from anything electronic. You'll be glad you did.
The one safe spoiler I can say that the early estimate of 50 minutes of IMAX was wrong, it's easily an hour or more of IMAX, and not only action sequences. Nolan is really pushing for IMAX.

Gordon writes a speech that tells the truth about Dent. He loses it in a fight with Bane and Bane reads it to Gotham.
Selina steals Bruces fingerprints and gives them to Bane. He uses them at the stock market to make bad trades that ruin Wayne enterprises and forces Bruce to turn the company over to Tate.
Bane destroys Gothams bridges with explosives pre-planted in the cement, and seals the entire police force underground. He holds the city hostage under the threat of using a bomb to destroy the whole city. He kills Dr. Pavel at the football game and warns that if anyone tries to leave the bomb will go off.
The Lazarus Pit is a prison. Talia was the only one to escape there as a child. Bruce manages to escape by removing the rope tied to him before he attempts to jump out. On his climb to the top he encounters a small cave of bats in the wall.
Talia emerges at the time of Bane's defeat and stabs Batman in the ribs.
Batman uses the Bat to take the bomb away from gotham in an apparently suicidal act of heroism.
Blake's full name is John Robin Blake. He discovers the batcave at the end of the movie by going through the waterfall, implying that he will take up the cowl in the future.
The movie ends with Bruce(publicly declared dead) and Selina sitting in a Paris cafe, where Alfred spots them and is happy that Bruce is living his own life.
OK. Now, answer me something, this film does bring everything in full-circle? just say YES or NoNO. That's it.

why they didn't choosed marion to be catwoman and anna to be Miranda Tate/Talia Al Ghul? it would fit better.

It's implied that Talia dies in a truck that falls a few stories, but it's kind of glossed over. The cafe scene is real, it's been confirmed several times.
