These are mainly for merchandising purposes. NOT for the movie. All in all. I love the BAT's poster. Batman is hiiggghhh! :P

Just because she is not addressed as catwoman doesn't mean she isn't. Harvey Dent really wasn't referred to as two face. Catwoman is a named that is implied. Even in interviews Nolan refers to her as catwoman
No, Dent was never specifically referred to as Two-Face but he kind of referenced himself in that way. In the hospital he screams at Gordon to tell him the name the cops gave him and when Gordon says Harvey Two-Face and Dent says "Why should I hide who I am?" So Harvey did kind of refer to himself as Two-Face.
Is it because might mistaken her for Poison Ivy? Cause i understand....
The Fire Rises browser game has a character unit called "Catwoman". Just because she's not referred to that in the movie doesn't mean you can't call her that. Anne Hathaway herself said she was auditioning for the role of Catwoman.

I think it looks cool. It seems to have a bit of a Star Wars texture to it. Does anybody else see that? It almost looks painted.
haha the characters are CGI. It's so realistic that it is tipping over the Uncanny Valley, so it looks strange.

These posters are so cartoon-y, good thing they are not for the movie and simply for merchandising purposes. Still, it's sad that they exist.
Guys these are for the toys so that the movie can target kids too! I understand if they were for the movie they wouldn't be good, but since these posters are for a different purpose they're pretty good.
why is nobody talking about this? It's supposedly fake, which raises the question - why is a fake poster cooler than the real posters? Even if it's not real this is the coolest poster I've seen thus far...

It is pretty cool. But it does look very fake. Not so much because it's poorly done, it's very well done, but the fact that all those different characters are present looks very fake. Not to mention Scarecrow looks so blurred because, contrary to what others think, I personally don't think he's even in this film. They had to insert him in there, somehow.
scarecrow is in the film. there's pics of him on set and him talking to christian bale, he is most definitely in there

The poster with Bane charging towards the camera (the fourth picture in the gallery) should solidify any doubts that these posters are not the real characters/actors but rather 3d renderings of the toy figures. Haha. I mean, geeeez, look at the veins on Hardy in that shot. Vascularity is one thing, but his arms look like there's plastic hoses in them. So fake.

Am I right in saying that in none of the behind the scenes videos, trailers, or promo pics show Bane ever holding a gun? Thought it was intresting that everyone else had a gun, even Selina Kyle...

where was this? he shot in the head? well...since none of the tv spots or trailers show Bane with a gun then it makes him more badass to do only hand to hand combat. Bane is more of a shotgun kind of guy, what is he doing with a pistol?
There is an interesting rumor that if Scarecrow comes back,dosed up Batman will see Bane like we are used to in the comics and cartoons all buffed up much like Scarecrow saw Batman black faced in Batman Begins. Nolan himself said this final entry would come full circle.
Bane is an agent of the League of Shadows using Crane's toxin. As for the rumor that John Blake- Gordon's unit to "special" task being Batman based on the different lips...they do use a stunt double for action scenes that Bale won't do...might be a red herring to throw people off. Wonder if the sonar goggles will make a reappearance.
A lot of new footage shows that Bane and Batman are not alone in the penultimate confrontation in the water cave...Bane has Batman surrounded so either way his identity is busted and anyone can drop by the Batcave once they know where it is. Kinda hard to shut people up if you can't kill them...so the legend ends."I'm gonna tell them it was all your idea." Bruce to Alfred in TDK.
I still think that Bruce fakes his death once his identity is exposed like in Miller's The Dark Knight Returns.At a runtime of 2hours and 45minutes, people are gonna have to hold in their pee and not touch their cell phones for a long time.

Get rid of that infamous "official 3rd poster" shit and replace that with one of these awesome promo pictures, WB!
I'm telling ya, all the marketing for "The Legend Ends" is going to be about Harvey Dent. I think BANE will bring forth info to the public that Dent indeed killed those cops and not Batman.
