Fan recreates 'The Dark Knight Rises' prologue score

January 31, 2012

This is really cool! Teddy Blass of Nolan Fans has recreated Hans Zimmer's epic score from The Dark Knight Rises'prologue. If you didn't have the pleasure of seeing the prologue in IMAX, this is as close as you'll get to hearing the music before July 20th. Blass' interpretation is spot on, check it out!

I hear some things that are actually in the real prologue but it ain't a match. The real version is so much cooler. IT'S AWESOME!!!
I'm very curious to Catwoman's theme.

VERY NICE! my only criticism is that "Banes theme" (as I call it) is alot darker in the prologue. The part we're see the plane fly across the mountains - when that deep, low bass comes in its in a minor key not a major as you've got here. Nonetheless a very admirable attempt. Anyone would be foolish not to appreciate the work that's gone into making this!

Do you think Zimmer will ever elaborate on what his plan for the Riddler's theme was going to be? He said he had an idea, and then of course Bane came along.
