      Maybe it will but I don't know Bro No matter how much action The Avengers has in it The Dark Knight Rises has more emotion envolved and i think The Avengers will never be better than TDKR because of it's emotion and great story telling.Don't get me wrong i will see the Avenger's too but It need's a great story.I know Joss Whedon is a okay Director but he's not a genius storyteller.Come to think of it I only liked Joss Whedon's Dr.Horrible sing along blog and that's it.He's done alot with his career but he doesnt have me convinced that he'd make a good Marvel movie

         Yeah your probaly right  , but do you remember when Iron Man went up against TDK it was seen as a non contest , Marvel have come a long way since then , but your probaly right Nolan and Bales Class will win the day .

         The contest is for more anticipated movie, not the best. Most of us here would agree TDKR will be the better film but The Avengers has a strong appeal to  general audiences.

         Consider this, most movie goers have seen at least a a few new Marvel movies: Ironman 1 & 2, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America. We've been expecting the Avengers for some time now.
         On the other hand, only people who have seen the trailer attached to HP7pt2 and us Batman and Nolan fans are even aware a Dark Knight sequel is in the making.

         The tide might change once TDKR trailers are released, and I hope so, but for now, I wouldn't be surprised if The Avengers wins.

            I agree with you in some points, but not all. Well, everybody knows that Nolan already made excellent batmovies and people wanna see the conclusion, the final chapter. Hell yeah, Nolan's seal of quality will be imprinted in every single TDKR frame...
            But the Avengers... i've no doubt the movie will be cool, but Whedon still a mistery as movie storyteller. Will be more like a fetish to see all those superheroes gathering together and fuck the scrip, you know what i'm saying?? lol

      Well to be honest ! i did not like the voice change in TDK , literaly as i type this i am watching Batman Begins and the voice and suit, for that matter are so much better than TDK ! just my opinion !

            Batman Begins was a BETTER Batman film than The Dark Knight = ) But i did love Heaths performance , he stole the show , wich is O.K for one film but TDKR needs to be all about Batman just like Begins ! Hey i am glad you liked the 9 / 11 Batman triute picture !

               I exactly have the same idea.EXACTLY!Obviously,you and I have a lot in common on Batman! Batman Begins was better.The feeling you get from it is more Batman like.This time,Nolan is combining the first movie with the second.It WILL be even better than BB as you know.And yeah,that picture was a poignant reminder of both Batman's life and the death of those who died on 9/11.

         The only time I thought the voice was Weak was in TDK when Batman is talking to Harvey and said "symbol of hope".Sounded hella funny. I know what your say'n though.

    The Avengers is SOFT compared to TDKR....The Dark Knight Rises is at a completely different level than The Avengers... A much higher quality and classier film... The Avengers is more light hearted, fun, action. Whereas The Dark Knight Rises is... well.... EPIC!.
