   I don't think that is going to be Wayne Manor, the structure type screams City Courthouse type of building. What if they show some sort of flashbacks of Bane when he was a kid and that building will be the scene of when his fathers crimes were passed down to him by the corrupt government his father worked for.

   I can see this as a place Bane would visit in some kind of official capacity....he's a high ranking military or political/criminal figure and this is the place of business.

   That would be one crazy Wayne manor. It's HUGE! No, it's probably got a much smaller role to play in the film. But still, it's definitely not a sore on the eyes.

   It looks imposing, fitting for a big, serious, dramatic place like....an asylum? Has character, and according to the Guinness Book of World Records, the Palace is the world's largest civilian administrative building, most expensive administrative building, and heaviest building.

       Plus remember in Batman Begins Bruce told Rachel that Wayne Manor will be built brick for brick (with some improvements). I think that Batman will travel to Romania similar to Hong Kong in The Dark Knight.

    I agree on the "Prison that Bane escape's from" front, or possibly a League of Shadows throwback/training ground. I believe we will see some interesting, EPIC places in this movie.

    Maybe only a piece of this will be shot and be wayne manor or arkham?

    People I think the may also be using the huge basements as the new batcave or the coridors of the asylum.  They've never been fully finished during Ceausescu's regime and remain a very murky place. I live in Romania so yeah SPOILERS... not really.
