60 on Set video shows Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne in 'The Dark Knight Rises'Batman-News.com reader Alex is back with another great set video. Alex was able to record Christian Bale and a female co-star (is that Anne Hathaway? Marion Cotillard?) filming a scene just outside Wollaton Hall, which is doubling as the new Wayne Manor in The Dark Knight Rises. He also took a photo of Bale, check…

The Dark Knight Rises began filming at Wollaton Hall late last week (see exclusive set photos here) and Batman-News.com reader Alex sent in a video he took from the scene. A big tractor-trailer, probably carrying equipment, crashed into the main entrance of Wollaton Hall. Thankfully, it appears like no one was injured from the crash.…
The Dark Knight Rises filmed at Wollaton Hall this past week, and Guy Jenkins of "Allergic Films" sent in some really cool set photos. First, we see Wollaton Hall, which will be used as the rebuilt Wayne Manor in The Dark Knight Rises. The next batch of photos from Jenkins show the set of what…
Lots of The Dark Knight Rises updates today. The first bit of news comes from my friends at HollywoodChicago.com. According to their source, security on the London set said something big will take place tomorrow (Wednesday) around 2pm. My own source told me that he was warned about gunfire, so perhaps there's a big action…

It looks like my sources were correct! Earlier today The Dark Knight Rises began filming on St. John Street in London. The Farmiloe Building will once again be home to the Gotham Police department. Comic Book Movie and several people on Twitter have shared the first set photos. Nothing too exciting yet... but they'll be…
The Dark Knight Rises production kicked off this past weekend, and the two day shoot wrapped up late last night. Mehul Gohil and his crew provided great coverage of the shoot on Facebook. Want to know more? Check out some more set photos after the break.
A Batman-News.com reader (who wishes to remain anonymous) sent in the first set photo from The Dark Knight Rises' set in India. The photo appears to be of a giant well covered with a green screen in the middle of the desert just outside the Mehrangarh Fort. Speculation is already soaring around the internet about…
Looks like we have our first photo from the set of The Dark Knight Rises! Unfortunately Tom Hardy isn't in his Bane attire, but he's sporting a shaved head and looks like he's bulked up quite a bit. The Dark Knight Rises is scheduled to go into production in early May. Thanks @batmannocinema for the…

Update: Geoff Boucher of Hero Complex sent me a tweet to help clear up some of the confusion around this photo. What we're looking at is the Arkham Aslyum set that appeared in 2005's Batman Begins. In fact, Boucher stood on the steps of Arkham when he visited the Inception set back in 2010. Arkham…
